What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is a service that helps you put your NDIS plan into action.
Our Support Coordinators work with you to get the supports and services you need. We get to know you, your needs and goals, then find options that suit you.
We know that everyone is different, with their own needs, preferences and goals. So we take an individual, person-centred approach when we work with you. It’s your Plan, we help you get it working for you.
We specialise in delivering support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability. That’s because we know that culturally-appropriate services deliver better results for our mob.
We will also help you build your own skills to understand and implement your NDIS plan. This includes looking at how providers fit with your needs, such as where they are, how much they cost, if they deliver what you need and how they communicate with you.

What is Specialist Support Coordination?
Specialist Support Coordination, or Level 3 Coordination of Supports, may be funded when the NDIS has assessed that someone has complex or high-level support requirements.
This service is provided by a qualified professional, such as an occupational therapist, psychologist or social worker. They will be able to administer challenges in your support environment in areas such as health, education and justice services.
What is Plan Management?
Plan Management helps you manage your NDIS Plan budget and finances. You may see it in your NDIS Plan as “Improved Life Choices” or “Choice and Control”.
AuriHealth’s Plan Managers work with you, taking care of your invoices and paperwork, while keeping you updated on your funding.
We can also help you increase your financial and plan management skills, which may support you to become self-managed in the future.
Don’t have Plan Management funding? No problems, anyone can request this and we can help you.
We can also assist if you already have a Plan Manager but would like to make the switch to AuriHealth.
What if I don't have an NDIS Plan?
