Support Coordination focuses on alleviating the stress of organising your NDIS supports and aims to build you or your support network’s capability to understand and navigate the NDIS. Your Support Coordinator provides impartial and independent advice in connecting you to mainstream, funded and government disability support services.
Having access to professional support is critical to ensuring you receive the funding to meet yours and or your loved ones requirements and goals.
What is Specialist Support Coordination?
The NDIS may also fund Specialist Support Coordination for some participants with complex or high-level needs. This support coordination will be provided by a qualified and experienced practitioner such as an occupational therapist, psychologist or social worker.
Plan Management helps with the financial side of your NDIS plan.
It allows you to have choice and control over the providers you use to deliver your services and supports. This includes using both NDIS registered providers and non-registered providers, plus being able to negotiate pricing.
Plan management can be funded in your NDIS plan and AuriHealth is registered to deliver that service. We can help you make value for money decisions in line with your plan. We’ll pay your providers for the supports you purchase and help you keep track of your funds through the MyPlace portal. We can also take care of your financial reporting.
